Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/getting-started Set up Pineway in the order below so each part of your booking flow is ready for the next. When you finish, clients can learn about your work, choose an available time, and book your first offer from your Pineway page. ## Complete your Pineway page Start with the profile clients see before they choose an offer. 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page). 2. Add a recognizable profile photo, your display name, and a short bio that explains who you help and what you help them do. 3. Add the social accounts you want clients to visit. You can leave these empty if they are not part of how you present your work. 4. Review the preview to check that your profile is clear on both a computer and a phone. Your saved profile appears at the top of your live page. See [Edit your profile and social links](/help/reference/your-page/edit-your-profile) for image requirements and the values each social account accepts. ## Set the times clients can book Availability defines your normal working hours. Set it before creating an offer so the correct schedule is ready to select in the offer editor. 1. Open [Availability](/provider/sessions?tab=availability). 2. Review the existing schedule, or select **Add availability** to create one for a particular type of work. 3. Choose the **Timezone** in which you work, then turn on each day you accept bookings and set its start and end time. 4. Save the schedule. Its card under **Your availability** shows the enabled days, hours, and timezone. Clients see the available times in their own timezone. If you need different hours for different offers, create a separate schedule for each pattern. See [Set your availability](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/set-availability) for split working hours, default schedules, and schedule changes. ## Connect your scheduling tools Availability controls when you normally work. Calendar conflict checks remove times when you are already busy, while a meeting provider creates the link clients use to join a session. These are separate connections. 1. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings) and connect Google Calendar if you want Pineway to work around existing events. 2. Choose the calendar that should receive new sessions, then turn on each calendar Pineway should check for conflicts. 3. Open [Integrations](/provider/settings?tab=integrations) and connect Google Meet or Zoom if your sessions happen by video. 4. If you connect both meeting providers, set the one you use most often as the default for new offers. Return to the relevant settings page to check your setup. **Calendar settings** shows the destination and conflict calendars, while **Integrations** shows which meeting providers are connected and which one is the default. See [Calendar and integrations](/help/reference/calendar-integrations) for the full connection and disconnection workflows. ## Create your first offer An offer brings together what the client receives, when they can book, where you meet, and what they pay. Have the short card copy, session details, and checkout description ready before you begin. 1. Open [New offer](/provider/sessions/new). 2. Under **Offer basics**, add the card details, select the availability schedule you prepared, choose the meeting location, and set the price. 3. Choose **Public** when the offer should appear on your Pineway page. Choose **Invite only** when clients should reach it only through its direct link. 4. Under **Sessions**, add the name, duration, and description for each meeting included in the offer. 5. Under **Booking & checkout**, add the detailed description, booking button text, any client questions, and the email receipt. 6. Review the previews, then select **Publish** when the offer is ready for clients. Use **Save & exit** when you want to keep it as a draft instead. The finished offer appears under [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). Check that its card shows **Published** and the intended **Public** or **Invite Only** access. The offer's booking page should show times from the availability schedule you selected. For every field and preview in the editor, see [Create an offer](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/create-an-offer). **Note:** Visitors need you to have an active subscription before they can access a published offer. If the offer is paid, also choose a payout method in [payout settings](/provider/settings?tab=payouts) so you can receive the earnings. ## Check and share the booking flow Open [My page](/provider/my-page) and confirm that the profile and public offer appear in the intended order. Select **View live page**, open the offer, and check that its booking page shows the correct description, price, session details, and available times. When everything is ready, return to **My page** and select **Share my page** to copy your public URL. For an invite-only offer, copy and send the offer's direct link instead because it does not appear on your page. --- ## Your page Learn what appears on your Pineway page and how to preview, organize, and share it. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/your-page Your Pineway page gives clients one place to learn who you are and choose how to work with you. Open [My page](/provider/my-page) to check what clients will see, arrange your published items, and share your page when it is ready. ## What appears on your page Your profile appears first, followed by the cards you have made public: - Your profile photo, display name, bio, and social links - Published links and digital products - Offers whose **Offer status** is **Public** Drafts, unpublished products, and **Invite-only** offers do not appear. Invite-only offers remain available to people who have the offer's direct link. You need an active subscription for visitors to see your cards. Without one, you can still see the cards while signed in, but your live page warns you that your offers are not visible to visitors. Select **Choose plan** from that warning when you are ready to activate the page. ## Preview your page Use the preview before sharing your page so you can check the profile details, card content, and order together. 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page). 2. On a wide screen, review the phone preview beside the editor. On a smaller screen, select **Preview** to open the same view. 3. Select **View live page** to open your public URL in a new tab. It follows the format `pineway.io/@your-username`. **Check:** The preview and live page list your published cards in the same order as the editor. ## Share your page 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select **Share my page**. 2. Select **Copy link** to copy your public URL. The confirmation changes to **Link copied!**. 3. Send the copied link yourself, or open **WhatsApp**, **LinkedIn**, **Facebook**, or **Twitter / X** to prepare a post on that service. Opening a social option does not publish a post by itself. You finish and send the post on the service you chose. If the share panel says **Subscribe to activate your page**, you can still copy the URL, but visitors will not see your published cards until your subscription is active. ## Change what clients see ### [Edit your profile](/help/reference/your-page/edit-your-profile) Change your display name, bio, profile photo, and social links. ### [Manage page items](/help/reference/your-page/manage-page-items) Add links and products, show public offers, and change the order of your cards. --- ## Edit your profile and social links Update the name, bio, photo, and social accounts clients see on your Pineway page. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/your-page/edit-your-profile You can update your profile information on [My page](/provider/my-page). Your saved details appear at the top of the editor, its preview, and your live page. ## Change your display name or bio 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select your displayed name or bio. Both open **Edit your details**. 2. Update **Display name** and **Bio**. A bio can contain up to 120 characters; you can leave it empty if you do not want one on your page. 3. Save your changes. ## Change your profile photo Have your preferred image ready before you start. The file must be smaller than 5 MB, and must be in one of the following formats: PNG, JPG, or JPEG. 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select your current profile photo or the default image to open the file picker. 2. After selecting a file, you can crop and resize if you need to. 3. If you chose the wrong file, select **Use a new image** and choose another. 4. Otherwise, save your changes and your new profile photo is ready. ## Add or change social links Social icons give clients a direct route to the accounts where you already publish or communicate. | What you enter | Social accounts | | -------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Username after the displayed `@` | Instagram, TikTok, Twitter / X | | Complete profile URL | Snapchat, Twitch, LinkedIn, Facebook, Spotify, Dribbble, YouTube, Pinterest, Meta | 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select **Add social accounts**. 2. Enter the accounts you want to show. Select **Show more** to add more accounts. 3. Clear an existing field if you want to remove that social icon from your page. --- ## Manage the items on your page Add links and products, publish offers, and arrange the cards clients see on your Pineway page. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/your-page/manage-page-items [Your public page](/provider/my-page) is where you decide which links, products, and offers clients can see. Published items appear as cards; drafts and unpublished items stay in your account without appearing on the page. ## Add a link quickly Use the quick link form when you already know the destination and do not need to design a detailed card. 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select **Add link**. 2. Paste the complete **Link destination**, such as `https://example.com/newsletter`, and enter the **Title** clients will recognize. The title can contain up to 50 characters. 3. Select **Publish** if everything looks good. Once saved, the new card appears at the top of the **My page** editor. On a desktop or tablet device, **More customisation** opens **Customise your link** instead of publishing immediately. Use it when you want to choose **No image**, **Simple**, or **With button**, add an optional thumbnail, or include more card copy before selecting **Publish**. ## Add a product Use the product editor when clients should receive a downloadable asset, or when a link should be paid-for or needs a more detailed card than the quick form provides. 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page), then select **Add product**. 2. In **Create a new product**, choose: - **Digital product** for a file or external delivery link that can be free or paid. - **Link** for a card that sends clients to another website. 3. Select **Next: Customize**. 4. For a digital product, choose the card layout and enter its **Title**. Add the downloadable content under **Add your digital product** with **Upload file** or **External link**, then choose **Free** or **Set price**. The **Product checkout** tab also requires a description and call-to-action button. 5. For a link, choose its card style, then enter **Link destination** and **Title**. The **With button** layout also lets you add a description and button text. 6. Select **Publish** when the item is ready for clients. **Save & exit** keeps it as a draft, so it does not appear on your page. After publishing, return to [My page](/provider/my-page) to confirm or update the position of the product card. ## Show an offer on your page Your offers are automatically visible on your page when their status is **Public**. 1. Open [New offer](/provider/sessions/new), or edit an existing offer from [your offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). 2. Under **Offer basics**, set **Offer status** to **Public**. This makes the offer visible on your Pineway page and available for anyone to purchase. 3. Select **Publish**. If you are not ready, **Save & exit** keeps the offer as a draft and off your page. The offer appears with **Published** and **Public** on the **Offers** tab, and its card appears on **My page**. Choose **Invite only** instead when you want the offer to work only through its direct link. ## Change the order of your cards 1. Open [My page](/provider/my-page). 2. On a computer, click and drag a card into its new position. On a phone or tablet, press and hold the card, then drag it. 3. Drop the card when the items are in the order you want. Your changes here are automatically saved. ## Remove an item from your page without deleting it Unpublish an item when you may want to revise or reuse it later. Deleting is a separate action and cannot be undone. ### Unpublish a link or digital product 1. Open [Products](/provider/products), then find the item you want to hide. 2. Select the (⋮) icon at the right of its row, then select **Unpublish**. Unpublished items no longer appear on your page, but they remain accessible to you on the **Products** page. ### Unpublish an offer 1. Open [your offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers), then find the offer you want to hide. 2. Select the (⋮) icon in the top-right corner of the offer card, then select **Unpublish**. --- ## Sessions & bookings Understand Pineway offers, sessions, availability, and bookings from setup through delivery. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/sessions-bookings Use [Sessions](/provider/sessions) to decide when clients may book, package one or more sessions into an offer, and manage each booking through to the meeting. When the setup is complete, clients can choose an available time and you can review the booking in one place. ## How offers, sessions, and bookings fit together | Term | What it means | | ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Offer | What a client chooses and, when applicable, pays for. It includes the public description, price, booking rules, and one or more sessions. | | Session | One meeting within an offer. Each session has its own name, duration, and description. | | Availability | The working hours and timezone Pineway uses to show bookable times. An offer uses one availability schedule. | | Booking | A date and time reserved for one session between you and a client. | For a one-session offer, the client chooses that session's time while booking the offer. For an offer with several sessions, the client books the first session at checkout and schedules the remaining sessions from their client portal. ## Set up your booking workflow Set up availability before building an offer so you can select the correct schedule in the offer editor. 1. Open [Availability](/provider/sessions?tab=availability) and review the schedules under **Your availability**. Select one to change its name, timezone, or hours, or select **Add availability** when you need a separate schedule. 2. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings) if you use Google Calendar. You can choose where new sessions are added and which calendars Pineway checks before showing a time as available. 3. Open [New offer](/provider/sessions/new). Complete the 3 parts of the editor: - **Offer basics** sets the card, URL, availability, meeting location, price, and who can access the offer. - **Sessions** defines each meeting included in the offer. An offer needs at least 1 session. - **Booking & checkout** sets the detailed description, client information, optional smart forms, and email receipt. 4. Choose how clients can reach the finished offer. **Public** adds it to your Pineway page, while **Invite only** keeps it off your page and available through its direct link. 5. Select **Publish** when the offer is ready. **Save & exit** creates a draft instead, but Pineway still requires the offer's required fields before it can be saved. The finished offer appears under [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). Published offers show a **Published** badge together with **Public** or **Invite Only**; drafts show **Draft**. **Note:** You need an active subscription for visitors to see your offers. Without one, you can still open a published offer while signed in, but visitors are sent back to your profile. ## What clients do when they book A client opens the offer and selects its booking button. Pineway then shows the first session's available dates and times in the client's chosen timezone. After choosing a time, the client enters their name and email address and completes any smart form attached to checkout. A free offer can be confirmed without payment; a paid offer includes payment before the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the client can add the session to Google Calendar or open their client portal. Pineway also sends a booking confirmation and the email receipt you prepared in the offer. ## Review and act on bookings Open [Bookings](/provider/sessions?tab=bookings) to see client bookings without opening each offer separately. - **Upcoming** contains sessions that have not happened yet. Select a booking to review the client, offer, date, time, meeting location, price, session details, and any checkout answers. - **Past** keeps earlier sessions available for reference. - **Search** filters the visible bookings when you need a particular client or offer. For an upcoming booking, select the (⋮) button on the right to reschedule it or cancel it. Rescheduling lets you choose another time from the offer's availability. Cancelling notifies the client and makes the time available again. Open the booking itself when you need to go to the **Client profile** or select **Join meeting**. The meeting button appears when the booking has a meeting link. **Check:** Your workflow is ready when the offer has the intended publication status, its booking page shows times from the correct availability schedule, and a confirmed client time appears under **Upcoming**. ## Related ### [Create an offer](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/create-an-offer) Work through the offer editor, save a draft, and publish when it is ready. ### [Import from Paperbell](/help/reference/imports/from-paperbell) Bring public Paperbell packages into Pineway. ### [Set your availability](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/set-availability) Create schedules and use Google Calendar to prevent booking conflicts. ### [Manage client bookings](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/manage-bookings) Review, reschedule, cancel, and join booked sessions. --- ## Create an offer Create, preview, save, and publish a Pineway offer that clients can book. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/sessions-bookings/create-an-offer An offer combines its price, booking page, availability, and one or more sessions. Create it from [New offer](/provider/sessions/new); when you finish, it appears under **Offers** as a draft or published offer. Before you start, create an [availability schedule](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/set-availability). Every offer needs one so Pineway can show clients when its sessions are bookable. ## Add the offer basics Use **Offer basics** to set how the offer appears, who can find it, and how clients meet with you. 1. Under **Card details**, enter the **Name**, **Short description**, and **Button text** clients see before they open the offer. You can also upload a **Cover image**; the recommended size shown in the editor is 1920 × 1080. 2. Review **Customise link** under **Offer URL**. Pineway builds this part of the link from the offer name, but you can change it before publishing so the URL is recognizable when you share it. 3. Under **Scheduling**, choose the **Availability** that supplies bookable times, then set **Location** to **Google Meet** or **Zoom**. The availability applies to every session in this offer. A provider you have not connected cannot be selected; see [Calendar and integrations](/help/reference/calendar-integrations) to connect it first. 4. Leave **Allow recurring bookings** off unless clients should be able to rebook this offer on a repeating schedule. It stays unavailable until the offer has more than one session. 5. Under **Price & offer status**, either turn on **Free** or enter a price and choose its currency. For a paid offer, the price must be at least 1 unit of the selected currency. 6. Choose the **Offer status** that matches how clients should reach it: - **Public** makes the offer visible on your Pineway page and available to anyone who can access it. - **Invite only** keeps it off your Pineway page. Clients can reach it through the direct offer link you share. On a computer, the preview beside the editor shows the offer card and its **My page view**. Use it to check the name, description, price, and booking button before moving on. ## Define the sessions Open **Sessions** to describe each meeting a client receives with the offer. An offer needs at least 1 session. 1. Enter the first session's **Name**, **Duration**, and **Description**. The name and duration help the client understand what they are booking; session durations can be from 15 minutes to 4 hours. 2. Select **Add session** when the offer includes another meeting, then set that session's name, duration, and description. Clients book the first session during checkout and schedule later sessions from their client portal. 3. Review the session preview. It shows the number of sessions in the offer and the duration and description of each one. ## Prepare booking and checkout Open **Booking & checkout** to set what clients read and provide while booking. 1. Under **Description & CTA**, write the required checkout **Description** and **Booking button text**. The description is the detailed explanation a client reads before booking, rather than the shorter text on the offer card. 2. Review **Client information**. **Name** and **Email** are always required. If you need more context, select **Attach form** and choose a published smart form to use at checkout, after booking, or before a particular session. 3. Under **Email receipt**, enter the required **Subject** and **Body**. Clients receive this receipt alongside their booking confirmation email. The checkout preview shows the description and booking button as the client will see them. ## Save a draft or publish Saving a draft and publishing both validate the required fields across all 3 editor tabs. If the editor shows **Fill out the required fields**, select an item in the list to return to the incomplete field. - Select **Save & exit** when the offer is complete enough to validate but is not ready for clients. It appears under **Offers** with a **Draft** badge. - Select **Publish** when clients should be able to book it. It appears with **Published** and either **Public** or **Invite Only**, matching the status you chose. **Note:** You need an active subscription for visitors to access published offers. You can still open your own offer while signed in when your subscription is not active. **Check:** Open [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). Your offer is ready when its card has the intended status and its booking page shows times from the availability you selected. --- ## Set your availability Create working-hour schedules, choose a timezone, keep a buffer between meetings, and use your calendar to avoid booking conflicts. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/sessions-bookings/set-availability Availability defines the days and times clients may book your sessions. Keep one schedule for your usual hours, or create separate schedules for offers that need different booking windows. Open [Availability](/provider/sessions?tab=availability) to review the schedules attached to your offers. ## Create an availability schedule 1. Select **Add availability**. 2. Enter an **Availability name** that helps you recognize where the schedule belongs, such as `Working hours` or `Evening sessions`. 3. Choose the **Timezone** in which you are setting the hours. This keeps the schedule anchored to your local working time while clients view available times in their own timezone. 4. Turn on each day you accept bookings, then choose its start and end time. Select **Add** beside a time range when you need a second block on the same day, such as morning and evening hours. 5. Save the schedule. Its card under **Your availability** shows the enabled days, hours, and timezone so you can check the result without reopening it. When you create or edit an offer, select this schedule under **Availability**. One schedule can be used by more than one offer. ## Edit an existing schedule Select a card under **Your availability** to change its **Availability name**, **Timezone**, or working hours. Save the update, then check the card to confirm it shows the intended hours and timezone. Changes apply to offers that use the schedule, so review those offers before removing hours clients may expect to book. ## Choose the default schedule The schedule marked **Default** is selected automatically when you start a new offer. To use a different one, select the (⋮) button on its card and choose **Set default**. The **Default** badge moves to that schedule. You can still choose any other availability from the offer editor. ## Duplicate or delete a schedule Select the (⋮) button on a schedule card when you want to reuse or remove it. - **Duplicate** creates a copy and opens it for editing. Give the copy a recognizable name and adjust its hours before saving it. - **Delete** removes the schedule from all session types and cannot be undone. The default schedule cannot be deleted; set another schedule as the default first if you need to remove it. **Warning:** Deleting availability removes it from every session type that uses it. Check the affected offers before you confirm the deletion. ## Connect Google Calendar An availability schedule defines when you normally work. Google Calendar lets Pineway remove times that are already occupied by your events. 1. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings), then select **Connect Calendar** or **Connect** beside **Google calendar**. 2. Complete the Google connection. Once connected, your Google account and calendars appear on the page. 3. Under **Add sessions to calendar**, choose the calendar that should receive new booked sessions. 4. Under **Check for conflict**, turn on every calendar Pineway should check before showing a time as available. A busy event in an enabled calendar blocks that time from booking. Your calendar choices save as you change them. Return to **Calendar settings** to check which calendar receives new sessions and which calendars are enabled for conflict checks. ## Keep time between meetings A buffer keeps a gap before and after booked sessions so a client cannot book the slot that would sit back-to-back with one you already have. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings). Under **Buffer between meetings**, choose how much time to keep **Before a meeting** and **After a meeting**. **None** leaves sessions able to start as soon as the previous one ends. The buffer applies to Pineway bookings and to busy events in calendars you check for conflicts. A 15-minute buffer before and after a 5:30–6:00 session hides 5:15–5:30 and 6:00–6:15 from the booking page. ## Choose how often sessions can start The booking page lists start times at a fixed increment, separate from the buffer. **30 minutes** is the default. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings). Under **Start times**, choose a **Start time increment** of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Use 5 or 10 minutes when your buffer is 5 or 10 minutes so those in-between times can appear. **Check:** Your scheduling setup is ready when the intended availability card shows the correct timezone and working hours, and each offer uses the schedule meant for it. If you connected a calendar, the destination calendar, conflict calendars, meeting buffer, and start time increment also appear under **Calendar settings**. --- ## Manage client bookings Review booking details, search upcoming and past sessions, reschedule, cancel, and join meetings. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/sessions-bookings/manage-bookings Once a client books a session, it appears under [Bookings](/provider/sessions?tab=bookings). Use this list to review what was booked, move or cancel an upcoming session, and open its meeting. ## Find a booking Use **Upcoming** for sessions that have not happened yet and **Past** for earlier sessions. The **Search** field filters the visible list by client name or offer name. Each upcoming booking shows the client, offer, time, meeting location, and status. Select the booking card to open its full details. ## Review booking details The **Booking details** panel brings the session information into one place: - the client's name, email, and booking status; - the purchase date, offer, booked date and time, location, and amount; - the session name, duration, and its position within a multi-session offer; - answers the client provided while booking, when the offer collected them. Select **Client profile** when you need the client's wider history. Select **Join meeting** to open the session's meeting link; this button appears only when the booking has a meeting URL. Closing the panel does not change the booking. It remains under **Upcoming** or **Past**, depending on its date. ## Reschedule an upcoming session Rescheduling keeps the same session and meeting location but moves it to another open time from the offer's availability. Completed, cancelled, and archived bookings cannot be rescheduled. 1. Select the (⋮) button on the right of an upcoming booking, then choose **Reschedule**. 2. Under **Add a note**, explain what changed if the client needs context. The note is optional. 3. Continue to the date and time picker. Check the **Timezone**, then choose an available date and time; the session keeps its existing duration. 4. Review the former and new date and time, meeting location, and timezone. Confirm the reschedule when they are correct. The updated booking shows the new time. Its details also show the former time and the reason for rescheduling when you added one. ## Cancel an upcoming booking Cancelling notifies the client and frees the time slot for someone else to book. This changes the booking rather than removing its record. 1. Select the (⋮) button on the right of the booking, then choose **Cancel booking**. 2. Review the consequence in the confirmation window, then confirm the cancellation. The booking's status changes to **Cancelled**, and its former time becomes available again. **Warning:** Cancel a booking only when the session should no longer take place. Cancelling notifies the client and releases the reserved time. --- ## Products & orders Sell digital products from your Pineway page and keep track of the orders they create. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/products-orders Products let you share work that does not need a live session, such as a workbook, template, recording, or reading list. From [Products](/provider/products), you can create the item, publish it beside your offers, and review purchases under [Orders](/provider/orders). ## How products and orders fit together | Term | What it means | | --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Product | An item on your Pineway page. Every product is either a digital product or a link. | | Digital product | Files you upload or an external delivery link, offered free or for a price, with its own checkout page. | | Link | A card that sends visitors to another website. It has no price and no checkout. | | Product URL | The public address of a digital product, in the form `pineway.io/@username/p/product-name`. | | Order | The record of a purchase. Orders cover digital products and paid session bookings alike. | | Status | Whether a product is a **Draft**, **Published** on your page, or **Unpublished** and hidden from it. | A link appears as a card that sends visitors to another website. A digital product has its own page, collects the customer's name and email address, takes payment when you set a price, and delivers the files after checkout. ## Build and publish a product 1. Open [Products](/provider/products) and select **New product**. Choose **Digital product** when customers should receive something from you, or **Link** when the card should point at a site you don't host on Pineway. 2. Select **Next: Customize** to open the editor. A digital product is split across three tabs — **Product card**, **Product checkout**, and **More options** — while a link is a single screen. 3. Fill in what the product needs. For a digital product that means a title, the files or delivery link, a price, and the checkout description and button; for a link it means the destination and a title. The full field list is in [Create a product](/help/reference/products-orders/create-a-product). 4. Select **Publish** when customers should be able to reach it, or **Save & exit** to keep working on it later. Both actions check the required fields first, so an incomplete product cannot be saved either way. A published product appears under [Products](/provider/products) with a **Published** badge, and its card appears on [My page](/provider/my-page) alongside your offers. A digital product also becomes reachable at its own product URL, ready to share on its own. **Note:** You need an active subscription for visitors to open a published product. Without one, anyone following a direct product link is sent back to your profile page. You can still open your own product while signed in. ## What customers do when they buy A customer opens the product, reads the description you wrote, and selects the checkout button. Pineway then asks for their name and email address — no Pineway account required. A free product is confirmed immediately; a paid one goes through payment first. Once the order is confirmed, the customer can download the files or open the external link. Pineway also emails the receipt you prepared, including a link back to the product in the customer's library, and notifies you of the sale. ## Keep track of what sold Open [Orders](/provider/orders) to see every purchase in one list, newest first, with the date, item, customer, amount, and status. Paid session bookings appear here too, marked **Session**, so this is the full record of what people bought from you rather than a product-only list. You can find more information about your money in: - The **Revenue** column on [Products](/provider/products), which shows what each paid product has earned you after payment processing fees, converted to US dollars. - The [Income](/provider/income) page, which totals your earnings across every sale you have made. This is also where you can request a manual withdrawal. **Check:** Your product is ready when it shows **Published** under [Products](/provider/products), its card is on [My page](/provider/my-page), and opening its product URL in a new tab shows the checkout page a customer would see. ## Related ### [Create a product](/help/reference/products-orders/create-a-product) Work through the product editor for a digital product or a link, then save a draft or publish. ### [Manage your products](/help/reference/products-orders/manage-products) Find, share, duplicate, unpublish, and delete the products you have already made. ### [Review your orders](/help/reference/products-orders/review-orders) Read the orders list, understand each status, and see what customers receive. --- ## Create a product Build a digital product or a link in the Pineway product editor, then save it as a draft or publish it. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/products-orders/create-a-product Start from [Products](/provider/products) and select **New product**, then choose the type that matches what the customer should receive: - **Digital product** for files you upload or an external delivery link. It can be free or paid, and it gets its own checkout page. - **Link** for a card that opens another website. It has no price and no checkout. Select **Next: Customize** to open the editor for the type you chose. The choice is made once, at the start — an existing product cannot be switched between the two. ## Build a digital product The digital product editor has three tabs, and you can move between them in any order. On a computer or tablet, the preview beside the editor updates as you work and follows the open tab. ### Product card **Product card** controls how the product appears on your Pineway page and how customers receive it. 1. Under **Card style**, pick a **Layout** — **Simple**, **With button**, or **Featured**. **Simple** leaves the card description and button off, so the other two are worth choosing when the product needs a sentence of explanation on the card. You can also upload a **Thumbnail**; the editor recommends a 400 × 400 pixel image up to 5 MB. 2. Under **Card info**, enter the **Title** customers see on the card, up to 50 characters. The **With button** and **Featured** layouts add a **Description** of up to 100 characters and a required **Button text**. 3. Check **Customise link** under **Product URL**. Pineway builds this from the title as you type, but you can rewrite it before publishing so the address reads well when you share it. Each product URL has to be unique within your account, so a name you have used before needs a change here. 4. Under **File upload**, choose how customers get the content: - **Upload file** stores the files with Pineway and hands them over after checkout. You can add more than one, up to 5 GB in total. - **External link** sends customers to an address you host elsewhere. Both the display name and the URL are required, and the URL has to start with `http://` or `https://`. 5. Under **Price**, choose **Free** or **Set price**. For a paid product, enter the amount and pick the currency — US dollars, euros, UAE dirhams, or Nigerian naira. The currency belongs to the product, so different products can be priced in different currencies. ### Product checkout **Product checkout** is the page a customer reads before they buy. Its **Description** and **Call-to-action button** are both required, so a product cannot be published without them. 1. Add a **Cover image** if you have one. The editor recommends 1920 × 1080 pixel image up to 5 MB. It appears at the top of the checkout page and in the checkout summary. 2. Write the **Description**. This is where a customer decides whether the product is for them, so it carries more weight than the short card description. Highlight any text to style it, and use lists for what is included. 3. Set the **Call-to-action button** text. This is the label on the button customers select to start checkout, so name the action rather than the product — "Download the planner" rather than "Planner". Checkout always collects a name and email address, and those two fields cannot be changed or removed. Collecting anything else at product checkout is not available yet. ### More options **More options** covers what happens after the payment goes through. 1. Write the **Confirmation message** **Title** and **Message**. Customers read this on the screen where their download appears, so it is the right place for anything they should do next. 2. Under **Email receipt**, rewrite the **Title** and **Body** so the email sounds like you. Pineway sets the **Subject** and adds the link back to the customer's library, so you don't need to include one. Pineway pre-fills the confirmation message and receipt. You can keep that copy when it already gives customers the next step they need. ## Build a link A link is a single screen, **Customise your link**, with no price, no checkout, and no product URL of its own — it lives on your Pineway page and sends people straight out. 1. Under **Card style**, choose **No image**, **Simple**, or **With button**. The last two show a thumbnail, so **No image** is the one to pick when you want a plain row of links rather than a wall of cards. 2. Enter the **Link destination**. It has to start with `http://` or `https://`, as in `https://example.com/newsletter`. 3. Enter the **Title** customers see, up to 50 characters. 4. On the **With button** layout, add the **Description** and **Button text** that appear on the card. ## Save a draft or publish Both **Save & exit** and **Publish** validate every required field across every tab first. If something is missing, the editor lists each problem above the toolbar; select an item in that list to jump to the field that needs it. - **Save & exit** stores the product as a **Draft**. Drafts stay in [Products](/provider/products) and do not appear on your page. - **Publish** makes the product live. A digital product becomes reachable at its product URL, and both types get a card on [My page](/provider/my-page). After publishing, use **Copy URL** on the digital product's row whenever you need its public link. Reopening a published product changes the two buttons: **Update** saves your edits and keeps it live, and **Unpublish** takes it off your page while keeping it in your account. **Check:** Open [Products](/provider/products). The product is ready when its row shows the intended status and price, and — for a digital product — its product URL opens the checkout page with the description, price, and button you wrote. --- ## Manage your products Find, share, edit, duplicate, unpublish, and delete the products in your Pineway account. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/products-orders/manage-products [Products](/provider/products) keeps your drafts, published products, and unpublished products together. From there, you can find, share, duplicate, unpublish, or permanently delete a product. ## Find a product The tabs above the table narrow it by status: **all**, **draft**, **published**, and **unpublished**. The **Search** field filters by product name and works alongside whichever tab you are on. Each row shows the product's name with its price beneath, the **Revenue** it has earned, and its status. Select a row to open it in the editor. Longer lists load ten at a time — the counter under the table tells you how many of your products you are looking at, and **Load more** brings in the next ten. ### What the statuses mean - **Draft** — saved but not live. It stays in your account and does not appear on your page. - **Published** — live on [My page](/provider/my-page), and for a digital product, reachable at its product URL. - **Unpublished** — previously live, now hidden. Its content is intact and you can publish it again at any point. ### What Revenue counts **Revenue** is what a paid product has earned you after payment processing fees, converted to US dollars, counting completed orders only. It is not the total your customers paid, and it is not what has been paid out — see [Income](/provider/income) for what is available to withdraw. Free products and links show a dash instead, because there is nothing to total. ## Share a product A digital product has a public page of its own, so you can promote it away from your Pineway page. Select the (⋮) button at the right of a published product's row, then choose **Copy URL**. The address is now on your clipboard, in the form `pineway.io/@username/p/product-name`. You can also get it from **Copy link** under **Product URL** while editing the product. Links work differently. A link has no page of its own — it exists to send people elsewhere — so **Copy URL** is not offered for one. Share your Pineway page instead, and the link card is there. **Note:** A product URL only works while your subscription is active. If it lapses, anyone following the link is sent to your profile page instead. ## Reuse a product you already made Duplicate a product when a second edition, price variant, or reusable template should start with the same content. Select the (⋮) button on the product's row, then choose **Duplicate**. The copy appears at the top of the list as a **Draft** named after the original with `(Copy)` on the end, and with its own product URL, so nothing you already published changes. Open it to rename it and adjust whatever needs to differ, then publish when it is ready. ## Take a product off your page Unpublish a product when it should stop being available but you may want to publish it again, such as a seasonal resource or one you are rewriting. Select the (⋮) button on the product's row, then choose **Unpublish**. You can also do it from inside the editor, where a published product shows **Unpublish** beside **Update**. The product's status changes to **Unpublished**, its card disappears from your Pineway page, and its product URL stops working for visitors. Everything you wrote and uploaded stays as it was, so publishing it again brings it back unchanged. ## Delete a product Select the (⋮) button on the product's row, then choose **Delete** and confirm. **Warning:** Deleting is permanent, and it removes the files you uploaded for the product from Pineway. Customers who already bought it lose access to those downloads. Unpublish instead when you only want the product off your page. The product disappears from [Products](/provider/products). Its past orders stay under [Orders](/provider/orders), so your sales record is unaffected. **Check:** After any of these changes, the product's row on [Products](/provider/products) shows the status you intended, and [My page](/provider/my-page) shows a card only for the products that should be public. --- ## Review your orders Read the Pineway orders list, understand each order status, and know what customers receive after they buy. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/products-orders/review-orders [Orders](/provider/orders) lists digital-product purchases and paid session bookings together, newest first. Use it to confirm a sale, check what someone bought, or investigate a missing download. ## Read the list Each row is one order, and it carries everything Pineway records about that purchase: | Column | What it tells you | | ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Date** | When the order was placed. | | **Item** | The product or offer bought, named as it was at the time of purchase. | | **Type** | **Digital product** or **Session**, which separates product sales from paid bookings. | | **Price** | What the customer paid, in the currency they paid in, or **Free**. | | **Customer** | The name they entered at checkout. | | **Status** | Where the payment got to. | Because the item name is stored at the moment of purchase, renaming or deleting a product later leaves your past orders reading exactly as they did when they were made. Orders load ten at a time. The counter under the table shows how many of your orders you are looking at, and **Load more** brings in the next ten. ## What each status means - **Completed** — payment went through and the customer has their content. This is the only status that counts towards the **Revenue** figure on [Products](/provider/products) and towards [Income](/provider/income). - **Processing** — the payment is in flight and has not settled yet. Give it a little time and check again rather than treating it as a sale or as a failure. - **Failed** — the payment did not complete. The customer received nothing, so they need to go through checkout again if they still want the product. ## What a customer receives When an order is completed, Pineway gives the customer: - **The confirmation screen**, showing the confirmation message you wrote under **More options**, with a button to download the files or open the external link. - **The email receipt**, using the title and body you wrote, with a link back to the product in their library so they can get to it again later. When the payment provider issued an invoice, it is attached to that email. Pineway also emails you a notification of the sale. If a customer says the download never arrived, check the order's status first. A **Processing** or **Failed** order means the content has not been sent. For a **Completed** order, ask which address the customer entered at checkout and whether the receipt reached their spam folder. **Check:** A sale is fully through when its row shows **Completed** with the right customer and amount, and the product's **Revenue** on [Products](/provider/products) has gone up by your share of it. --- ## Clients Keep the bookings, purchases, and session notes for each person you work with together in one client record. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/clients [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients) keeps each person's bookings, offers, and notes together. Open a client's record before a session to remind yourself what they bought, what you have already completed, and what you agreed to do next. Pineway adds client records through checkout or an invitation. Once a record appears, it stays in your client list. ## How someone becomes a client How someone joins determines what you see when their record first appears. | How they join | What appears in Clients | | --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | They check out | Their record appears after the booking is confirmed, with the booking already attached. | | You invite them | Their record appears as soon as you send the invitation. It shows **Pending** until they sign in for the first time. | Both routes create the same kind of client record. Use checkout when someone is ready to book an offer. Invite someone when you already work together and want them to have access before they book. The client does not need a Pineway account first. Checkout asks for their name and email address, while an invitation sets up the account for that email address. See [Add a client](/help/reference/clients/add-a-client) for both routes and the **Pending** state. ## What a client record holds Select a client from the list to open their record. The record is organized into four tabs: - **Summary** shows when they joined, how many sessions are complete, what they have paid, and their next scheduled session. - **Bookings** shows every session they booked with you. Sessions are grouped under their offer and include their current status. - **Offers** shows each offer they bought and their progress through its sessions. - **Notes** separates your private notes from notes you share with the client. ## Find the client you need The client list stays on the left while a record is open. This lets you review several clients without returning to the previous screen. - Use **Search by name or email** to narrow the list. Your current record stays open until you select a different client. - Use **Sort by** to show **Newest** or **Oldest** clients first. This uses the date they joined your client list, not the date of their latest activity. ## Know the limits You cannot delete or archive a client. Once someone books, buys an offer, or receives an invitation, their record stays in your client list. Clients requires a paid plan. Core includes up to 12 clients, while Pro removes the limit. You can compare plans on [Plans](/provider/settings/plans). To review upcoming sessions across every client, open [Bookings](/provider/sessions?tab=bookings). A client record only shows the bookings for that person. ## Related ### [Add a client](/help/reference/clients/add-a-client) Invite someone directly, or let a booking add them for you, and understand the **Pending** state. ### [Review a client](/help/reference/clients/review-a-client) Read the Summary, Bookings, and Offers tabs, and know what each figure counts. ### [Write client notes](/help/reference/clients/write-client-notes) Keep private notes for yourself, share notes with a client, and tie a note to a session. --- ## Add a client Let a booking add someone to your client list, or invite a person you already work with, and understand what Pending means. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/clients/add-a-client Most people become clients when they book an offer. If you already work with someone, you can invite them before they make their first booking. Both routes add a record to [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients). The booking route includes their first booking, while an invitation starts with an empty record marked **Pending**. ## Let a booking add them Send the person an offer link or direct them to the offer on your Pineway page. When they complete checkout, Pineway creates their client record for you. 1. The client opens the offer and chooses an available date and time. The booking window starts in their timezone, and they can change it if needed. 2. They enter their **Name** and **Email**. Both are required, but they do not need to create a Pineway account. 3. For a free offer, Pineway confirms the booking after they provide these details. For a paid offer, the booking is created after payment succeeds. The name and email entered at checkout become the details on the client record. If an entry looks unfamiliar, the client may have used a work address or a shortened name. **Check:** The person appears in the left-hand list on [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients). Their **Bookings** tab shows the session under the offer they bought. ## Invite someone yourself Invite someone you already work with when they need access before booking. The invitation sets up their account and sends a sign-in link to their email address. **Warning:** Only invite people you already work with. Pineway creates an account for the email address and sends mail to it. You cannot remove the client afterwards. 1. Open [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients) and select **Invite client** in the top-right corner. On an empty client list, the **Invite a client** button in the middle of the page opens the same form. 2. Enter the client's **Name** and **Email**. Use an email address they read because Pineway sends their sign-in link there. 3. Set **Timezone** to the client's timezone so Pineway shows their booking times correctly. The field initially uses your timezone. 4. Select **Send invite**. The client appears in your list immediately, and Pineway emails their sign-in link. If the email address already belongs to a Pineway account, the invite links that existing person to you rather than creating a second account. You cannot invite your own address. **Check:** The person appears in your client list with an orange **Pending** badge next to their name. ## What Pending means **Pending** means you invited this person and they have not signed in yet. Their record exists, but they have not booked or added any activity: - The **Summary** tab carries the notice "This person hasn't joined yet. You'll be able to work with them once they accept." - **Next session** reads **Nothing scheduled yet**, because they have not been able to book. - The **Notes** tab does not show the **New note** or **Add session note** actions. You can add notes after they join. The badge clears the first time the client signs in. If it remains after several days, ask them to check the email address you used and their spam folder. Sending the invitation again to the same address does not create a second client. Clients who arrive through checkout do not show **Pending** because their record is ready when the booking is confirmed. ## When you cannot add another Core includes up to 12 clients over the lifetime of your account. The count does not reset each month, and Pro removes the limit. When you reach the limit, you need to upgrade before you can send another invitation. The count includes people you no longer work with because clients cannot be removed. Count the names on [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients) to see how much room remains. [Plans](/provider/settings/plans) shows what each plan includes and lets you upgrade. --- ## Review a client Read a client record before a session: the Summary figures, the Bookings tab, and how far through an offer someone is. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/clients/review-a-client Review a client record before a session to see what the person bought, what you have already completed, and whether they have sessions remaining. Open [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients) and select the person from the left-hand list. Use **Summary** for the current picture, then check **Bookings** or **Offers** when you need the detail behind it. For the **Notes** tab, see [Write client notes](/help/reference/clients/write-client-notes). ## Read the Summary Start with the three cards at the top: | Card | What it shows | | ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Joined** | The date of their first booking, or the date you invited them. | | **Sessions completed** | Sessions marked complete or cancelled. | | **Total earned** | What the client paid across completed purchases before payment processing fees. Free offers add nothing. | Read **Sessions completed** as sessions that have been closed out, not sessions the client attended. A client who attended once and cancelled twice shows **3**. A session whose start time has passed without being marked complete is not counted and appears in **Bookings** as **Missed**. The counters on the **Bookings** and **Offers** tabs use the same definition of done, so they may also differ from the number of sessions the client attended. **Total earned** is what the client paid, taken before payment processing fees. It can be higher than the amount that reaches your payout balance and will not match the client's contribution to [Income](/provider/income). Below the cards, **Next session** shows the next booking they have with you, with its time and length. When there is nothing on the calendar it reads **Nothing scheduled yet**. ## Review the client's bookings Open **Bookings** for the session history. Sessions are grouped under the offer they came from. Each offer heading includes a counter such as `0/1` or `2/3`, showing how many sessions are complete or cancelled. Each row beneath gives you the session name, its length, the date, the time range, and a status. Selecting a row opens that booking in [Bookings](/provider/sessions?tab=bookings), which is where rescheduling, cancelling, and joining happen. The client record shows the history but does not change it. See [Manage client bookings](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/manage-bookings) for those actions. Use the status to understand where each booking stands: - **Upcoming** means the start time is still ahead. - **Missed** means the start time has passed and the session has not been marked complete. Pineway applies this status at the start time, so a session in progress also reads as **Missed**. - **Completed** means the session was marked done. - **Cancelled** means either you or the client cancelled it. The booking stays on the record. Several **Missed** rows may mean sessions were not marked complete rather than that the client did not attend. Check the booking history before drawing a conclusion. ## Review the client's offers Open **Offers** to see each offer the client bought. Every card shows the offer name, purchase date, amount paid, and progress through its sessions. The card shows **In progress** while any session remains open and **Completed** once every session is complete or cancelled. For a multi-session offer, the progress line tells you how many sessions are done and how many remain. Because cancelled sessions count as done, an offer whose sessions were all cancelled shows **Completed**. If a client believes they still have sessions available, check the individual rows under **Bookings** before relying on the offer status. ## Move between client records The left-hand list stays in place while you review a record. - Use **Search by name or email** to narrow the list. The current record stays open until you select another client. - Use **Sort by** to show **Newest** or **Oldest** clients first. Pineway sorts by when each person joined your list, not by recent activity. **Check:** Before your session, confirm the next booking under **Next session** and check the relevant offer for any sessions that remain. --- ## Write client notes Keep private notes on a client, share notes they can read, and tie a note to the session it came from. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/clients/write-client-notes Use notes to keep the context that bookings and offers do not capture. Private notes hold your observations, while shared notes give the client a recap or next steps they can revisit. Open [Clients](/provider/sessions/clients), select a client, then open **Notes**. Your saved notes stay with that client's record. ## Choose who can read the note The **Private** and **Shared** tabs are separate lists. The tab you have open sets the starting visibility for a new note: - **Private** notes are only visible to you. Use them for observations, questions to revisit, or preparation for the next session. - **Shared** notes are visible to you and the client. Use them for a recap, agreed actions, or anything they should prepare. A note appears in one list at a time. If you cannot find one, check the other tab before creating it again. **Warning:** Saving a note as **Shared** makes it available to the client immediately. There is no draft state or separate publishing step. ## How the client finds out When you save a new note as **Shared**, or change a private note to **Shared**, Pineway emails the client about 30 seconds later with a link to the note in their client portal. The email includes your name and the title of the linked session along with its date, or the note's title as a fallback when the note is not linked to a session. What you wrote in the note body stays out of their inbox. For about 10 seconds after you save, the confirmation offers **Undo**. Select it if you shared the note by mistake. The note moves back to **Private**, so the client is not emailed and cannot read it. Editing a note that is already shared does not send another email, so you can fix a typo without notifying the client again. If you change a shared note back to **Private** or delete it before the email goes out, the client is not emailed. ## Write a note 1. Select **Private** or **Shared**, depending on who should read the note. 2. Select **New note**. 3. Enter a **Note title** you will recognize later, such as `Session 2: narrowed the target list`, then write the note in the body. 4. Check **Private note** or **Shared note** at the top of the editor. You can change it here if you opened the wrong tab. 5. Save the note. Its card appears in the matching list with the title, opening text, visibility badge, and the date and time you added it. ## Tie a note to a session Attach a note to a session when you want to preserve which conversation it came from. 1. Select **Add session note**, the icon button next to **New note**. 2. Choose the session from the **Available sessions** list. It shows the sessions this client has booked with you, each with its date, most recent first. 3. Write and save the note. The note card shows the session name and date above its title. To add, change, or remove a session link while editing any note, use **Link to session** next to the visibility control. ## Change or remove a note Select a note card to open **Edit note**. You can change its title, visibility, linked session, or body, then select **Update**. Changing the visibility moves the note between the **Private** and **Shared** lists. Before changing a private note to **Shared**, reread it with the client as the audience, because the client will receive a notification by email when notes are shared with them. **Warning:** Deleting a note is permanent. There is no trash or restore option. To remove a note, open it, select **Delete note**, then confirm the deletion. The card disappears from the client's record. ## When notes are not available A client you invited who has not signed in yet shows a **Pending** badge, and their **Notes** tab does not show **New note** or **Add session note**. You can start adding notes after the client signs in. --- ## Calendar & integrations Connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Google Meet, or Zoom so Pineway can check conflicts, add sessions to your calendar, and create meeting links. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/calendar-integrations Connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar to fit sessions around your existing schedule, and connect Google Meet or Zoom to create meeting links for clients. Scheduling and video conferencing are separate connections, even when they use the same Google account. ## Choose the connection you need | Connection | What Pineway uses it for | | --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Google Calendar | Checks selected calendars for busy times and adds new booked sessions to the calendar you choose. | | Apple Calendar | Checks selected iCloud calendars for busy times and adds new booked sessions to the calendar you choose. | | Google Meet | Creates a Google Meet link when a client books an offer whose **Location** is **Google Meet**. | | Zoom | Creates a Zoom link when a client books an offer whose **Location** is **Zoom**. | Connecting Google Calendar does not connect Google Meet, even when both use the same Google account. Connect each one you need. ## Connect Google Calendar Google Calendar connects through your Google account, so you approve access in Google rather than entering credentials in Pineway. 1. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings). You can also open **Sessions**, select **Availability**, then select **Calendar settings**. 2. Select **Connect Calendar** or **Connect** beside **Google calendar**, then sign in to Google and approve access. Pineway returns you to **Calendar settings**, where your Google account and its calendars appear. Choose the destination and conflict calendars next. ## Connect Apple Calendar Apple has no sign-in redirect for calendar access. You connect with your Apple ID and an app-specific password. 1. Sign in at [Apple ID account settings](https://account.apple.com/account/manage) and generate an app-specific password for Pineway. 2. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings), then select **Connect Calendar** and choose **Add Apple Calendar**. You can also select **Connect** beside **Apple calendar** under **Calendars**. 3. Enter your **Apple ID** and the **App-specific password** you generated, then select **Connect**. Pineway checks the credentials with iCloud before saving them, so a wrong password fails here rather than quietly breaking bookings later. **Apple calendar** now shows **Connected** under **Calendars**, and each calendar on the account appears under **Check for conflict**. Choose the destination and conflict calendars next. ## Choose where new sessions are added Pineway adds each booked session to one calendar, whichever provider it belongs to. Setting the destination yourself keeps sessions out of a calendar you share or archive. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings) and choose the calendar under **Add sessions to**. Your calendars appear grouped under the account they belong to, so pick the account first when you have connected more than one. Your choice is automatically saved and applied to new sessions. **Note:** If you leave **Add sessions to** unset, Pineway chooses a destination for you: your primary Google calendar when Google Calendar is connected, otherwise the first calendar iCloud reports for your Apple account. Choose the calendar yourself when it matters where sessions land. ## Choose which calendars block your availability Your availability schedule sets the working hours clients can choose from. With conflict checks enabled, clients will only see times that are genuinely free. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings) and turn on each calendar Pineway should check under **Check for conflict**. Leave a calendar off when its events should not affect your session availability — a personal calendar you keep separate from client work, for example. These choices also save on their own. Under **Buffer between meetings**, choose how much time to keep free before and after booked sessions if you do not want clients booking back-to-back times. **None** is the default. Under **Start times**, choose how often clients can begin a session. **30 minutes** is the default. Match a 5- or 10-minute buffer with a 5- or 10-minute increment so the times in between a 30-minute grid can appear. To confirm the setup, open your booking page and look at an hour you know is busy in a calendar you turned on. ## Connect Google Meet or Zoom A meeting integration lets Pineway create a private meeting link when a client books. Connect the provider before selecting it as an offer's location. 1. Open [Integrations](/provider/settings?tab=integrations), then find **Scheduling**. 2. Select **Connect** for **Google Meet** or **Zoom**, then sign in to that service and approve access. Pineway returns you to **Integrations**. 3. If you connect both providers, select **Set as Default** on the one you want preselected when you create a new offer. The first provider you connect is the default until you change it. 4. Open the offer editor and choose the connected provider under **Location**. This choice controls which kind of meeting link the client receives for that offer. The **Scheduling** card shows **Default** on the provider Pineway preselects for new offers and **Connected** on any other connected provider. In a new offer, the same default provider appears under **Location**. Changing the default does not change existing offers. Edit an offer and update **Location** when it should use a different provider. ## Disconnect a calendar or meeting provider Disconnect a service when Pineway should stop checking its calendars or creating its meeting links. Review the affected offers first so future bookings still have the availability and meeting details clients need. ### Disconnect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar 1. Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings). 2. Under **Check for conflict**, find the connected account and select **Disconnect**, then confirm. Pineway stops checking that account's events for conflicts and stops adding, moving, or removing booked sessions in its calendars. Events Pineway added before you disconnected are not automatically removed. To reconnect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, you will have to go through the steps outlined above again. ### Disconnect Google Meet or Zoom 1. Open [Integrations](/provider/settings?tab=integrations). 2. Under **Scheduling**, select **Disconnect** for the provider you want to remove, then review the warning and confirm. If another meeting provider remains connected, Pineway makes it the default for new offers. Existing offers keep their current **Location**, so update any that used the disconnected provider. If no meeting provider remains connected, new bookings do not include a meeting link until you connect one and select it for the offer. ## Fix common setup problems ### A meeting location says “Connect in settings” The provider is not connected to your Pineway account. Open [Integrations](/provider/settings?tab=integrations), connect that provider, then return to the offer and select it under **Location**. ### A calendar event does not block a booking time Open [Calendar settings](/provider/sessions/calendar-settings) and turn on that calendar under **Check for conflict**. Pineway only removes busy times from the calendars enabled there; your availability schedule still decides the working hours clients can choose from. ### Apple Calendar will not accept your password Apple only accepts an app-specific password for calendar access. Generate one at [Apple ID account settings](https://account.apple.com/account/manage), then enter it again. ### Apple calendar shows Needs attention The stored credentials stopped working, usually because the app-specific password was revoked or changed in your Apple account. Select **Reconnect** beside **Apple calendar** under **Calendars** and enter a new app-specific password. **Warning:** While **Apple calendar** shows **Needs attention**, Pineway cannot read your iCloud events, so they stop blocking session times and clients can book over them. Reconnect as soon as you can. ### A booked session is added to the wrong calendar Under **Add sessions to calendar**, change **Add sessions to** to the intended calendar. The new destination applies to sessions booked after the change. --- ## Payments & payouts Understand how paid orders become earnings, connect a payout method, and withdraw money from Pineway. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/payments-payouts When a client pays for an offer or product, Pineway records the order, calculates your earnings after payment processing fees, and sends the money to your payout method. Use [Orders](/provider/orders) to check an individual payment and [Income](/provider/income) to review earnings across all offers and products. ## Follow a payment from checkout to payout A paid order moves through three parts of Pineway: 1. Your client completes checkout. The order appears under **Orders** as **Processing**, **Completed**, or **Failed**. 2. A **Completed** order contributes to **Income**. Pineway uses the amount left after payment processing fees and shows your earnings in US dollars. 3. The money is either transferred automatically to a connected Stripe account or becomes available for you to withdraw. Only **Completed** orders count as earnings. A **Processing** payment is still being finalized, while a **Failed** payment does not contribute to your income. See [Review your orders](/help/reference/products-orders/review-orders) for the full status details. ## Read your Income summary Open [Income](/provider/income) to see the money Pineway has recorded for you. The summary separates your earnings by where they are in the payout process. | Amount | What it includes | | ------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Total revenue made** | Your earnings from all completed paid orders, whether they are still in Pineway, being processed for payout, or already paid out. | | **Available to withdraw** | Completed earnings that have not been included in a payout request or automatic transfer yet. | | **Currently processing** | Earnings included in a withdrawal request that has not finished yet. | The amount a client paid can differ from the amount added to **Income** because the Income summary uses your earnings after payment processing fees. If the client paid in another currency, Pineway converts the earnings to US dollars for this summary. ## Choose how you receive payouts Open [payout settings](/provider/settings?tab=payouts), where you can connect Stripe or Paystack. If neither method works for your bank or country, you can request a manual bank transfer from **Income** instead. ### Connect Stripe for automatic transfers Stripe is the automatic option. Once the connection is fully configured, Pineway schedules each completed Stripe payment for transfer to your Stripe account after 24 hours. Stripe then handles the bank payout according to the schedule shown in your Stripe dashboard. 1. Under **Payout methods**, select **Connect Stripe**. 2. Choose your **Country** so Pineway can show the settlement currencies and bank-location requirements that apply to you. Stripe Connect is currently available for the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Romania, and Kenya. 3. Proceed to Stripe and complete the requested account and bank details. The Stripe row shows **Configure** until Stripe has enabled payouts and transfers for the account. Once setup is complete, the Stripe row shows **Dashboard**. Use it to open your Stripe account and check the transfer, payout schedule, or bank details without disconnecting it from Pineway. ### Add Paystack for requested withdrawals Paystack lets you request a withdrawal to a verified bank account. It is currently available in Nigerian Naira only. If your account pays out in another currency, request a manual bank transfer instead. 1. Under **Payout methods**, select **Add account** on the Paystack row. 2. Choose your **Country** and **Bank Name**, then enter the **Account Number**. Pineway checks the account with Paystack and fills in the verified **Account Name**, which helps prevent a payout going to the wrong account. 3. Save the account. If you have more than one payout method, select **Paystack payout options** (⋮), then **Set default** so **Income** uses Paystack for your next withdrawal. The Paystack row now shows **Update** and a **Default** badge when it is your default payout method. You can update the linked account later, but the current Payouts screen does not let you disable it. ## Request a withdrawal You can request a withdrawal once **Available to withdraw** reaches $10. The request includes all completed, unpaid orders available at that moment; you do not choose individual orders or enter a smaller amount. ### Withdraw to Paystack 1. Open [Income](/provider/income) and select **Request withdrawal**. 2. Check the linked account and conversion estimate. The estimate shows how your US-dollar balance converts to the account's payout currency; the final amount is confirmed when the withdrawal is processed. 3. Request the withdrawal. **Available to withdraw** decreases and the amount moves to **Currently processing**, so you can confirm that the request now covers those earnings. ### Request a manual bank transfer Use a manual transfer when you have not connected a supported payout method. Pineway reviews and processes each request within 24 hours. How long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank. 1. Open [Income](/provider/income) and select **Request withdrawal**. 2. On your first request, enter the **Bank Name**, **Account Name**, **Account Number**, and **Routing Number**. Review the details carefully because Pineway uses them for the transfer and keeps a masked version for later requests. 3. Confirm the bank details and withdrawal. The amount moves from **Available to withdraw** to **Currently processing** while Pineway handles the transfer. On later requests, Pineway opens with the saved bank details ready to review. Select **Edit** before confirming if the account has changed. ## When you cannot request a withdrawal If **Request withdrawal** is unavailable, your **Available to withdraw** balance is below the $10 minimum. Completed sales accumulate there until the balance reaches the minimum. If Pineway says some payments are still finalizing, the orders have completed but their fee and currency information is not ready for payout yet. Wait and try the withdrawal again later; the earnings remain in your Income summary. For Paystack, the request also waits for a current conversion quote. Check that Paystack is connected and set as your default payout method, then reopen the withdrawal if the estimate could not load. --- ## Account settings Update your Pineway account details, protect your sign-in, and choose which activity emails you receive. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/account-settings Open [Settings](/provider/settings) to update the details clients see, protect your sign-in, and choose which activity emails reach you. Changes to your name, username, and profile photo also appear on your public Pineway page. ## Change your name or username Your name appears on your public page. Your username forms part of that page's address, shown in **Settings** as `pineway.io/@username`. 1. Open **Settings**, then select **Account**. 2. Under **Basic info**, update **Name** or **Username**. You can change your username once every 14 days, so check it carefully before saving. A new username also changes the address of your public page; update any links you have already shared. 3. Select **Save changes**. Open your public page to confirm that the new name appears and, if you changed the username, that the page opens at its new address. Your **Email** is shown under **Basic info** for reference, but you cannot edit it from this screen. ## Change your profile photo The profile photo set here appears on your public Pineway page. Have a PNG, JPG, or JPEG image ready before you start. 1. Open **Settings**, select **Account**, then select **Upload** beside **Profile photo**. 2. Choose the image you want to use. You can crop and resize it before saving, or select **Use a new image** if you chose the wrong file. 3. Save the photo. Your new image replaces the previous photo under **Basic info** and on your public page. You can also update the photo from **My page**. See [Edit your profile and social links](/help/reference/your-page/edit-your-profile) for the other public profile details managed there. ## Change your password 1. Open **Settings**, select **Account**, then select **Update password** under **Authentication**. 2. Enter the same value in **New password** and **Confirm password**. Your new password needs at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number. 3. Update your password. The next time you sign in to Pineway, use the new password. ## Set up two-factor authentication Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a temporary security code as well as your password when you sign in. Before you start, install a time-based one-time-password (TOTP) authenticator such as Google Authenticator or 1Password. 1. Open **Settings**, select **Account**, then select **Enable** beside **Two-factor authentication**. 2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator. If you cannot scan it, enter the **Setup Key** in the authenticator instead. 3. Enter the code from the authenticator in **Confirmation code**, then confirm the setup. 4. Copy or download the backup codes and keep them somewhere secure. They let you sign in if you lose access to the authenticator, and you cannot return to **Settings** to view them after closing the setup. 5. Close the setup after saving the codes. The **Two-factor authentication** row now shows **Active**. To turn 2FA off, select **Remove 2FA** beside **Active** and confirm the removal. The **Enable** button returns, and the backup codes from that setup no longer work. ## Choose your email notifications Email notifications tell you when a client buys a product or books an offer. You can control purchase and booking confirmations independently. 1. Open [Email Notification settings](/provider/settings?tab=email-notifications). 2. Turn **Purchase confirmation** on to receive an email when someone buys your product, and turn **Booking confirmation** on to receive one when someone books a session with you. Turn either option off when you no longer want that email. 3. Select **Save changes**. The switches keep their saved positions when you return to **Email Notification**. **Booking cancellation or reschedule**, **Payout processed**, and **New email subscriber** appear on this screen but are not available to configure yet. ## Find related settings - See [Calendar & integrations](/help/reference/calendar-integrations) to connect calendars and meeting providers for your sessions. - See [Payments & payouts](/help/reference/payments-payouts) to configure where Pineway sends your earnings. - See [Plans & billing](/help/reference/plans-billing) for subscription and billing guidance. --- ## Plans & billing Compare Pineway plans, choose monthly or yearly billing, and manage plan changes, cancellation, and failed payments. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/plans-billing Open [Billing](/provider/settings?tab=billing) to review your current plan, renewal or trial end date, and available features. From there, you can decide what follows a trial or manage an active subscription. ## Compare Core and Pro Open [Plans](/provider/settings/plans) to compare the complete feature lists and choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans charge once per year and include 2 months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months. | Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | | -------- | --------------- | --------------------------------------- | | **Core** | $49 per month | \$490 per year, shown as \$41 per month | | **Pro** | $99 per month | \$990 per year, shown as \$83 per month | Core supports the main work around your offers, sessions, and public page. It includes up to 12 clients, unlimited offers, unlimited bookings and sessions, AI session summaries and notes, automated follow-ups, smart forms, 10 digital products, basic analytics, and 5GB of file storage. Pro covers everything in Core and raises the client allowance to unlimited. It also adds unlimited smart forms, unlimited digital products, AI client insights with Pip, 25GB of file storage, advanced analytics, priority support, custom domains, the option to remove Pineway branding from your page, and early access to beta features. The allowances you are most likely to reach are clients and file storage: Core covers 12 clients and 5GB, while Pro covers unlimited clients and 25GB. Check the feature lists on **Plans** for anything else, since that screen shows what each plan currently includes. You can change plans later, although upgrades and downgrades take effect at different times. ## Continue after a free trial If **Billing** shows **Free trial**, check the date beneath **Pineway Core**. That is the last day you keep the trial benefits unless a paid plan is scheduled to follow it. ### Continue from a 7-day trial A 7-day trial does not require a card and does not charge you when it ends. You have two ways to continue: - Select **Add payment method** on [Billing](/provider/settings?tab=billing) to continue with Core monthly after the trial. - Open [Plans](/provider/settings/plans), choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**, then select **Upgrade** on Core or Pro to choose a different follow-up plan. Pineway sends you to Stripe to add the card. Once the card is added, your trial is extended by 7 days, giving you 14 days in total. The Billing card shows the new trial end date and the amount that will be charged when the chosen plan starts. ### Change the plan that follows a 14-day trial Open [Plans](/provider/settings/plans), choose the billing period and plan you want, then confirm the change. Your Core trial continues until its existing end date, so there is no charge on the day you make the change. The selected plan and its full monthly or yearly amount start when the trial ends. Return to **Billing** to confirm the follow-up plan, charge amount, and trial end date. ## Change an active plan 1. Open [Plans](/provider/settings/plans). The plan and billing period you currently use show **Current plan**, which prevents you from selecting the same combination again. 2. Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**, then select the action on the plan you want. Review the confirmation carefully because some changes affect today's charge while others are scheduled for later. 3. Confirm the change. Return to [Billing](/provider/settings?tab=billing) to check the plan that is active now or the change scheduled for the end of your billing period. The timing depends on the change: | Change | When it takes effect | What happens to billing | | ---------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Core to Pro | Immediately | The unused part of your current plan is credited against today's charge. | | Monthly to yearly on the same plan | Immediately | The unused part of the monthly plan is credited against today's yearly charge. | | Pro to Core | At the end of the current billing period | You keep Pro until the date shown on **Billing**, then Core starts. | | Yearly to monthly on the same plan | At the end of the current billing period | You keep the yearly plan until its current period ends, then monthly billing starts. | ## Cancel or renew your plan Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove your plan benefits immediately. A trial remains available until its trial end date, and a paid plan remains available until the end of its current billing period. 1. Open [Billing](/provider/settings?tab=billing), then select **Cancel plan** on the **Current plan** card. 2. Optionally enter why you are cancelling, then confirm. The reason helps Pineway improve but does not change the cancellation. 3. Check the date now shown beneath your plan. You keep the plan's features until that date, and **Renew plan** replaces the plan-management action. To undo the cancellation before the displayed end date, select **Renew plan** and confirm. A trial will charge on its scheduled end date, while a paid plan will continue renewing at the end of each billing period. Once the plan or trial has ended, open [Plans](/provider/settings/plans) and choose a plan again. ## Fix a failed subscription payment When a subscription charge fails, **Billing** shows **Payment overdue** and may also show when Stripe will try the card again. 1. Select **Update billing info** in the overdue alert. Stripe opens the billing portal, where you can replace or correct the card used for the subscription. 2. Return to **Billing**. If you do not want to wait for the next automatic attempt, select **Retry now** on the **Current plan** card. 3. Check that **Payment overdue** is no longer shown and that the card displays the plan as active. If the payment still fails after you update the card, contact [Pineway support](mailto:hello@pineway.io) with the email address on your account and the approximate time of the retry. ### What happens if the payment stays unpaid We'll attempt to bill your saved card a few times after a failed payment if you are on a paid plan. Your plan keeps working until the last attempt, after which your account will be moved to the free Starter plan. To return to a paid plan, you'll need to pay any outstanding invoices. --- ## Importing to Pineway Bring your existing packages into Pineway, then review them before publishing. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/imports If you already have packages on another platform, you can import them into Pineway. Review the imported details and sessions before you publish so clients book the offer you intended. ## Import from Paperbell You can import packages from a public Paperbell shop or a link to one package. Choose which packages and sessions to bring over, then check the drafts on your [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers) page. ### [Import offers from Paperbell](/help/reference/imports/from-paperbell) Load your packages, choose their sessions, and review what Pineway imports before publishing. --- ## Import offers from Paperbell Bring public Paperbell packages into Pineway and review them before clients book them. Source: https://pineway.io/help/reference/imports/from-paperbell If your packages already live on Paperbell, you can bring them into Pineway as offers instead of rebuilding each one. When you finish, the packages you chose to import appear on your **Offers** page as drafts. Clients cannot book them until you review and publish each one. ## Before you start - Your Paperbell shop has to be public, and your Paperbell subscription has to be active. Otherwise the packages will not load. - Have your shop link, such as `paperbell.me/your-name`, or the link for one package. ## Load the packages 1. Open [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). Select **New offer**, then **Import from...**. 2. In **Import from Paperbell**, paste the link into **Paperbell link**. 3. Select **Continue**. Stay on this screen until **Review offers** appears. ## Choose packages and sessions All packages are selected initially. Clear any packages you do not want to import. For each remaining package, choose at least one entry under **Sessions**, since every offer needs at least one session. If an entry covers several meetings, Pineway creates one session for each meeting. If Paperbell does not list a duration, Pineway uses 30 minutes. Check that the offer count matches the packages you want, then start the import. These offers are drafts. Check the price, sessions, and description in the offer editor before you publish. See [Create an offer](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/create-an-offer) for what clients see once an offer is published. **Info:** If you leave **Review offers**, Pineway does not save your selections. Paste the Paperbell link again when you want to continue. If you stop an import already in progress, offers already created remain drafts while the rest are not created. ## What to check before you publish Pineway imports the package name, cover image, checkout description, supported price, and booking button text. It uses the package's short description for the offer card and its sessions, shortening it to 100 characters when needed. A few details use Pineway defaults instead: - The offer uses your default availability, and Google Meet unless you have already chosen another supported meeting location like Zoom. Change either one in the offer editor if this package should use a different schedule or location. See [Set your availability](/help/reference/sessions-bookings/set-availability). - The email receipt is Pineway's standard receipt, and no form is attached. Replace those if this offer needs its own wording or extra questions from the client. - Pineway offers can be priced in US dollars, euros, UAE dirhams, or Nigerian naira. From Paperbell, a paid price in US dollars or euros is imported. A paid price in another currency, including British pounds, is not. Create that offer yourself and choose one of those currencies. **Check:** Open [Offers](/provider/sessions?tab=offers). Each successfully imported package appears as a **Draft**, with sessions matching the meetings you selected. If any packages are missing, retry only those packages. Importing a successful package again creates another draft. --- ## Support Find the right help article or contact Pineway support from your account or the public help center.
