Plans and recurring bookings: August 2026 | Pineway

Many client relationships do not fit neatly into a single booking. This month, we're giving you a clearer way to manage the work that continues, with Plans and Recurring Bookings. You can also connect Apple Calendar and Zoom for scheduling and meetings, respectively, as well as Google Analytics for your public Pineway page.
Keep monthly clients and payments together with Plans
If you work with the same clients month after month, you can now keep their payments and reminders together in Plans. Clients can be added one at a time, or imported from a CSV file, with support for keeping your existing clients' previous schedule.
Plans currently support a monthly billing cycle. Let us know if you'd like a different billing cycle and we'll work on adding it.
Try the new Plans feature now and let us know if you have any feedback.

Let clients schedule all the sessions in an offer at booking time
If an offer includes more than one session, your client can now schedule them all with recurring bookings. They can choose whether to meet Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly, instead of returning to schedule each session separately.
We make it easy for your clients to know if one of their meeting dates will clash with one of your prior scheduled meetings, including flexible rescheduling options for each conflicting occurrence.

Connect Apple Calendar and Zoom
If you use Apple Calendar for scheduling, you can now connect it so that Pineway respects your availability. Events from the iCloud calendars you choose block those times from booking, and new sessions can go into the Apple Calendar that fits your setup.
We've published a helpful guide (more on this later) for you to get started here. Please let us know if it's helpful!

You can also now use Zoom instead of Google Meet for your sessions. Once it is connected from Integrations, choose Zoom as an offer's Location and your client will receive a Zoom link when they book. If you also use Google Meet, you can choose your usual provider as the default for new offers without changing the offers you already have.

Keep breathing room between meetings
Back-to-back sessions don't always leave enough time to prepare, take notes, or reset. You can now keep a separate buffer before and after each meeting. A 15-minute buffer around a 5:30-6:00 session, for example, keeps the time on either side free.
You can also choose the interval for meeting start times. This was previously fixed at 30 minutes. You'll find both options in Calendar settings.

See how your public pages perform
If you share your Pineway links in newsletters, social posts, or ads, you can now see which of them bring people to your work. Add the Measurement ID from your Google Analytics 4 property under Settings, then visits to your Pineway page, offers, and products will appear in your own reports.

Ease-in with a focused onboarding tour
We've added a new onboarding tour for new (and returning) users, with a particular focus on the parts you need first: your page, availability, scheduling tools, and first offer.
At the moment, this is only available on large-screen devices, where there is room to show each step next to the part of the dashboard it describes. If you prefer a written route, the getting-started guide we've published covers the same path from initial setup to a client-ready booking flow.
A dedicated, searchable help center appears
We've published a new Help Center for the questions that come up while you're setting up your page, creating offers, managing sessions and clients, selling products, or sorting out billing. You can search across the guides and our blog as you type, so you don't need to know where an answer lives before you look for it.
If an article doesn't cover what you need, you can reach us by clicking on Help & Support in the dashboard. If you can't sign in, the public Help Center has a support form too, so an account issue won't stop you from asking for help.
Have a look and let us know if there's anything you'd like us to explain better.
A few more changes you may notice
- You can now sign in with your Pineway username instead of your email.
- Your dashboard performs much faster now, so you can get back to your sessions, offers, and clients with minimal delays.
- When you share a public page, its link now has a clearer title, description, and preview image.
That's August. If one of these updates saves you a step, or there's still something getting in your way, we'd like to hear about it. Please let us know with an email or from the dashboard's support form.
