Plans & billing

Compare Pineway plans, choose monthly or yearly billing, and manage plan changes, cancellation, and failed payments.

Open Billing to review your current plan, renewal or trial end date, and available features. From there, you can decide what follows a trial or manage an active subscription.

Compare Core and Pro

Open Plans to compare the complete feature lists and choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans charge once per year and include 2 months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months.

PlanMonthly billingYearly billing
Core$49 per month$490 per year, shown as $41 per month
Pro$99 per month$990 per year, shown as $83 per month

Core supports the main work around your offers, sessions, and public page. It includes up to 12 clients, unlimited offers, unlimited bookings and sessions, AI session summaries and notes, automated follow-ups, smart forms, 10 digital products, basic analytics, and 5GB of file storage.

Pro covers everything in Core and raises the client allowance to unlimited. It also adds unlimited smart forms, unlimited digital products, AI client insights with Pip, 25GB of file storage, advanced analytics, priority support, custom domains, the option to remove Pineway branding from your page, and early access to beta features.

The allowances you are most likely to reach are clients and file storage: Core covers 12 clients and 5GB, while Pro covers unlimited clients and 25GB. Check the feature lists on Plans for anything else, since that screen shows what each plan currently includes. You can change plans later, although upgrades and downgrades take effect at different times.

Continue after a free trial

If Billing shows Free trial, check the date beneath Pineway Core. That is the last day you keep the trial benefits unless a paid plan is scheduled to follow it.

Continue from a 7-day trial

A 7-day trial does not require a card and does not charge you when it ends. You have two ways to continue:

  • Select Add payment method on Billing to continue with Core monthly after the trial.
  • Open Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly, then select Upgrade on Core or Pro to choose a different follow-up plan.

Pineway sends you to Stripe to add the card. Once the card is added, your trial is extended by 7 days, giving you 14 days in total. The Billing card shows the new trial end date and the amount that will be charged when the chosen plan starts.

Change the plan that follows a 14-day trial

Open Plans, choose the billing period and plan you want, then confirm the change. Your Core trial continues until its existing end date, so there is no charge on the day you make the change. The selected plan and its full monthly or yearly amount start when the trial ends.

Return to Billing to confirm the follow-up plan, charge amount, and trial end date.

Change an active plan

  1. Open Plans. The plan and billing period you currently use show Current plan, which prevents you from selecting the same combination again.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then select the action on the plan you want. Review the confirmation carefully because some changes affect today’s charge while others are scheduled for later.
  3. Confirm the change. Return to Billing to check the plan that is active now or the change scheduled for the end of your billing period.

The timing depends on the change:

ChangeWhen it takes effectWhat happens to billing
Core to ProImmediatelyThe unused part of your current plan is credited against today’s charge.
Monthly to yearly on the same planImmediatelyThe unused part of the monthly plan is credited against today’s yearly charge.
Pro to CoreAt the end of the current billing periodYou keep Pro until the date shown on Billing, then Core starts.
Yearly to monthly on the same planAt the end of the current billing periodYou keep the yearly plan until its current period ends, then monthly billing starts.

Cancel or renew your plan

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not remove your plan benefits immediately. A trial remains available until its trial end date, and a paid plan remains available until the end of its current billing period.

  1. Open Billing, then select Cancel plan on the Current plan card.
  2. Optionally enter why you are cancelling, then confirm. The reason helps Pineway improve but does not change the cancellation.
  3. Check the date now shown beneath your plan. You keep the plan’s features until that date, and Renew plan replaces the plan-management action.

To undo the cancellation before the displayed end date, select Renew plan and confirm. A trial will charge on its scheduled end date, while a paid plan will continue renewing at the end of each billing period.

Once the plan or trial has ended, open Plans and choose a plan again.

Fix a failed subscription payment

When a subscription charge fails, Billing shows Payment overdue and may also show when Stripe will try the card again.

  1. Select Update billing info in the overdue alert. Stripe opens the billing portal, where you can replace or correct the card used for the subscription.
  2. Return to Billing. If you do not want to wait for the next automatic attempt, select Retry now on the Current plan card.
  3. Check that Payment overdue is no longer shown and that the card displays the plan as active.

If the payment still fails after you update the card, contact Pineway support with the email address on your account and the approximate time of the retry.
