Products & orders

Products let you share work that does not need a live session, such as a workbook, template, recording, or reading list. From Products, you can create the item, publish it beside your offers, and review purchases under Orders.

How products and orders fit together

Term	What it means
Product	An item on your Pineway page. Every product is either a digital product or a link.
Digital product	Files you upload or an external delivery link, offered free or for a price, with its own checkout page.
Link	A card that sends visitors to another website. It has no price and no checkout.
Product URL	The public address of a digital product, in the form pineway.io/@username/p/product-name.
Order	The record of a purchase. Orders cover digital products and paid session bookings alike.
Status	Whether a product is a Draft, Published on your page, or Unpublished and hidden from it.

A link appears as a card that sends visitors to another website. A digital product has its own page, collects the customer’s name and email address, takes payment when you set a price, and delivers the files after checkout.

Build and publish a product

1. Open Products and select New product. Choose Digital product when customers should receive something from you, or Link when the card should point at a site you don’t host on Pineway.
2. Select Next: Customize to open the editor. A digital product is split across three tabs — Product card, Product checkout, and More options — while a link is a single screen.
3. Fill in what the product needs. For a digital product that means a title, the files or delivery link, a price, and the checkout description and button; for a link it means the destination and a title. The full field list is in Create a product.
4. Select Publish when customers should be able to reach it, or Save & exit to keep working on it later. Both actions check the required fields first, so an incomplete product cannot be saved either way.

A published product appears under Products with a Published badge, and its card appears on My page alongside your offers. A digital product also becomes reachable at its own product URL, ready to share on its own.

What customers do when they buy

A customer opens the product, reads the description you wrote, and selects the checkout button. Pineway then asks for their name and email address — no Pineway account required. A free product is confirmed immediately; a paid one goes through payment first.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer can download the files or open the external link. Pineway also emails the receipt you prepared, including a link back to the product in the customer’s library, and notifies you of the sale.

Keep track of what sold

Open Orders to see every purchase in one list, newest first, with the date, item, customer, amount, and status. Paid session bookings appear here too, marked Session, so this is the full record of what people bought from you rather than a product-only list.

You can find more information about your money in:

• The Revenue column on Products, which shows what each paid product has earned you after payment processing fees, converted to US dollars.
• The Income page, which totals your earnings across every sale you have made. This is also where you can request a manual withdrawal.
