Create an offer
Create, preview, save, and publish a Pineway offer that clients can book.
An offer combines its price, booking page, availability, and one or more sessions. Create it from New offer; when you finish, it appears under Offers as a draft or published offer.
Before you start, create an availability schedule. Every offer needs one so Pineway can show clients when its sessions are bookable.
Add the offer basics
Use Offer basics to set how the offer appears, who can find it, and how clients meet with you.
- Under Card details, enter the Name, Short description, and Button text clients see before they open the offer. You can also upload a Cover image; the recommended size shown in the editor is 1920 × 1080.
- Review Customise link under Offer URL. Pineway builds this part of the link from the offer name, but you can change it before publishing so the URL is recognizable when you share it.
- Under Scheduling, choose the Availability that supplies bookable times, then set Location to Google Meet or Zoom. The availability applies to every session in this offer. A provider you have not connected cannot be selected; see Calendar and integrations to connect it first.
- Leave Allow recurring bookings off unless clients should be able to rebook this offer on a repeating schedule. It stays unavailable until the offer has more than one session.
- Under Price & offer status, either turn on Free or enter a price and choose its currency. For a paid offer, the price must be at least 1 unit of the selected currency.
- Choose the Offer status that matches how clients should reach it:
- Public makes the offer visible on your Pineway page and available to anyone who can access it.
- Invite only keeps it off your Pineway page. Clients can reach it through the direct offer link you share.
On a computer, the preview beside the editor shows the offer card and its My page view. Use it to check the name, description, price, and booking button before moving on.
Define the sessions
Open Sessions to describe each meeting a client receives with the offer. An offer needs at least 1 session.
- Enter the first session’s Name, Duration, and Description. The name and duration help the client understand what they are booking; session durations can be from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
- Select Add session when the offer includes another meeting, then set that session’s name, duration, and description. Clients book the first session during checkout and schedule later sessions from their client portal.
- Review the session preview. It shows the number of sessions in the offer and the duration and description of each one.
Prepare booking and checkout
Open Booking & checkout to set what clients read and provide while booking.
- Under Description & CTA, write the required checkout Description and Booking button text. The description is the detailed explanation a client reads before booking, rather than the shorter text on the offer card.
- Review Client information. Name and Email are always required. If you need more context, select Attach form and choose a published smart form to use at checkout, after booking, or before a particular session.
- Under Email receipt, enter the required Subject and Body. Clients receive this receipt alongside their booking confirmation email.
The checkout preview shows the description and booking button as the client will see them.
Save a draft or publish
Saving a draft and publishing both validate the required fields across all 3 editor tabs. If the editor shows Fill out the required fields, select an item in the list to return to the incomplete field.
- Select Save & exit when the offer is complete enough to validate but is not ready for clients. It appears under Offers with a Draft badge.
- Select Publish when clients should be able to book it. It appears with Published and either Public or Invite Only, matching the status you chose.
