Manage the items on your page

Your public page is where you decide which links, products, and offers clients can see. Published items appear as cards; drafts and unpublished items stay in your account without appearing on the page.

Add a link quickly

Use the quick link form when you already know the destination and do not need to design a detailed card.

1. Open My page, then select Add link.
2. Paste the complete Link destination, such as https://example.com/newsletter, and enter the Title clients will recognize. The title can contain up to 50 characters.
3. Select Publish if everything looks good.

Once saved, the new card appears at the top of the My page editor.

On a desktop or tablet device, More customisation opens Customise your link instead of publishing immediately. Use it when you want to choose No image, Simple, or With button, add an optional thumbnail, or include more card copy before selecting Publish.

Add a product

Use the product editor when clients should receive a downloadable asset, or when a link should be paid-for or needs a more detailed card than the quick form provides.

1. Open My page, then select Add product.
2. In Create a new product, choose:
   • Digital product for a file or external delivery link that can be free or paid.
   • Link for a card that sends clients to another website.
3. Select Next: Customize.
4. For a digital product, choose the card layout and enter its Title. Add the downloadable content under Add your digital product with Upload file or External link, then choose Free or Set price. The Product checkout tab also requires a description and call-to-action button.
5. For a link, choose its card style, then enter Link destination and Title. The With button layout also lets you add a description and button text.
6. Select Publish when the item is ready for clients. Save & exit keeps it as a draft, so it does not appear on your page.

After publishing, return to My page to confirm or update the position of the product card.

Show an offer on your page

Your offers are automatically visible on your page when their status is Public.

1. Open New offer, or edit an existing offer from your offers.
2. Under Offer basics, set Offer status to Public. This makes the offer visible on your Pineway page and available for anyone to purchase.
3. Select Publish. If you are not ready, Save & exit keeps the offer as a draft and off your page.

The offer appears with Published and Public on the Offers tab, and its card appears on My page. Choose Invite only instead when you want the offer to work only through its direct link.

Change the order of your cards

1. Open My page.
2. On a computer, click and drag a card into its new position. On a phone or tablet, press and hold the card, then drag it.
3. Drop the card when the items are in the order you want.

Your changes here are automatically saved.

Remove an item from your page without deleting it

Unpublish an item when you may want to revise or reuse it later. Deleting is a separate action and cannot be undone.

Unpublish a link or digital product

1. Open Products, then find the item you want to hide.
2. Select the (⋮) icon at the right of its row, then select Unpublish.

Unpublished items no longer appear on your page, but they remain accessible to you on the Products page.

Unpublish an offer

1. Open your offers, then find the offer you want to hide.
2. Select the (⋮) icon in the top-right corner of the offer card, then select Unpublish.
