Manage your products

Products keeps your drafts, published products, and unpublished products together. From there, you can find, share, duplicate, unpublish, or permanently delete a product.

Find a product

The tabs above the table narrow it by status: all, draft, published, and unpublished. The Search field filters by product name and works alongside whichever tab you are on.

Each row shows the product’s name with its price beneath, the Revenue it has earned, and its status. Select a row to open it in the editor. Longer lists load ten at a time — the counter under the table tells you how many of your products you are looking at, and Load more brings in the next ten.

What the statuses mean

• Draft — saved but not live. It stays in your account and does not appear on your page.
• Published — live on My page, and for a digital product, reachable at its product URL.
• Unpublished — previously live, now hidden. Its content is intact and you can publish it again at any point.

What Revenue counts

Revenue is what a paid product has earned you after payment processing fees, converted to US dollars, counting completed orders only. It is not the total your customers paid, and it is not what has been paid out — see Income for what is available to withdraw.

Free products and links show a dash instead, because there is nothing to total.

Share a product

A digital product has a public page of its own, so you can promote it away from your Pineway page.

Select the (⋮) button at the right of a published product’s row, then choose Copy URL. The address is now on your clipboard, in the form pineway.io/@username/p/product-name. You can also get it from Copy link under Product URL while editing the product.

Links work differently. A link has no page of its own — it exists to send people elsewhere — so Copy URL is not offered for one. Share your Pineway page instead, and the link card is there.

Reuse a product you already made

Duplicate a product when a second edition, price variant, or reusable template should start with the same content.

Select the (⋮) button on the product’s row, then choose Duplicate. The copy appears at the top of the list as a Draft named after the original with (Copy) on the end, and with its own product URL, so nothing you already published changes. Open it to rename it and adjust whatever needs to differ, then publish when it is ready.

Take a product off your page

Unpublish a product when it should stop being available but you may want to publish it again, such as a seasonal resource or one you are rewriting.

Select the (⋮) button on the product’s row, then choose Unpublish. You can also do it from inside the editor, where a published product shows Unpublish beside Update.

The product’s status changes to Unpublished, its card disappears from your Pineway page, and its product URL stops working for visitors. Everything you wrote and uploaded stays as it was, so publishing it again brings it back unchanged.

Delete a product

Select the (⋮) button on the product’s row, then choose Delete and confirm.

The product disappears from Products. Its past orders stay under Orders, so your sales record is unaffected.
